Account & Registration

To register on Rebjee, you need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, your full name and date of birth, and you must be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes.

No. Under Rebjee's rules, each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. For more details, in the Terms & Conditions Read.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity and protects your account from fraud. You must complete KYC before your first withdrawal. Required documents: National ID (NID) or passport, plus a selfie. Upload them under the "Verification" option in Account Settings.

If you need to change your name or date of birth after registration, you must contact the support team and provide a government-issued ID. Please make sure to enter accurate information at the time of registration.

To permanently close your account, contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance beforehand. Alternatively, you can opt for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Login & Security

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email. You'll receive an OTP or reset link. Set a new password and log back in.

2FA is an extra layer of security that requires a mobile OTP in addition to your password. To enable it, go to Account Settings and activate 2FA under the "Security" option. It doubles the protection on your account against hacking.

Your account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts. To unlock it, verify via mobile OTP. If that doesn't work, contact support — your account will be recovered after identity verification.

When "Remember Me" is enabled, your session stays active for up to 30 days. If disabled, you will be automatically logged out after 2 hours of inactivity. Always log out manually on public devices.

Deposits & Payments

Rebjee accepts Mobile Banking and bank transfers. Deposits are generally instant. Go to the Cashier section and select your preferred payment method.

The minimum deposit is BDT 200. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method — see the Payment page for details. You can also set your own daily deposit limit in Account Settings.

Deposits are usually instant. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, refresh the page and check your transaction history. If it still hasn't appeared, contact support with proof of payment (screenshot).

Rebjee does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply a small transaction fee in accordance with their own policies.

Withdrawal

Most withdrawals on verified accounts are processed within 5–30 minutes. First-time withdrawals may require KYC verification, which can take up to 24 hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Once you meet the wagering requirements attached to a bonus, it converts to real money and can then be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus — check the bonus offer for full details.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. VIP members have higher daily withdrawal limits. For standard members' daily limits, see the Cashier page for full details.

If your withdrawal is stuck, first check the following: whether KYC is complete, whether the wagering requirements have been met, and whether you entered the correct account number. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction ID.

Bonuses & Promotions

A 100% Welcome Bonus is automatically credited to your account on your first deposit after registration. For example, deposit BDT 1000 and get an extra BDT 1000 bonus — giving you BDT 2000 to start with.

Wagering requirements mean you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times. For example: a BDT 1000 bonus with 30x wagering means you need to place BDT 30,000 in bets before the bonus converts to real money. The wagering requirement is clearly stated on each bonus offer page.
